This website (the “Site”) is operated by The Brand Trifecta LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our“), and describes how and why we might collect, store, use, and/or share (“process“) your information when you use our services (“Services“). We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the Site.

  1. What Information Do We Collect and What Do We Do With It?

We may collect certain personal information about you, including your name, phone number, email address, and ip address.  Your information will be used by us to provide services to you and improve your experience on the Site.  We may use cookies to assist with facilitating your use of the Site and to improve the Site. If you enable your browser’s do not track feature, our Site may not be optimized for your use. Web page access may be recorded in a log file. The contents of the log file may be analyzed to determine, among other things, how many visitors access the website, what web pages are viewed and the quantity of views, the date and time a visitor accesses the website, domain, internet address and  browser information, search terms and the geographical area of where the website is viewed. Examples of ways we use your information include but are not limited to:

  • To respond to your inquiries s and solve any potential issues you might have with the requested service.

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies.  Some providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either you or us. If you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.  As an example, if you are located in, Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to United States legislation.  Once you leave this website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy.

  1. Do Not Track Features on Web Browsers.

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. If you enable this feature our Site may not work as intended.

We have organizational and technical processes and procedures in place to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information.

We are based in the United States, and the State of Minnesota particularly, and the laws of the state of Minnesota generally cover our actions. We recognize, however, that Site users who reside in different parts of the world, may have different rights. Please note that because we do not sell, transfer, or otherwise provide your information to third parties, except as desirable or necessary to provide services to you, the additional rights may not apply to you.

In all cases, but particularly as required by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR, and persons living in Canada, we rely on the following legal bases to process your personal information:

California law permits you to obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. We do not share information with third parties for direct marketing purposes.
